When taking baby?s temperature, especially with the Pigeon Digital
Thermometer, it is recommended to ignore the completion beeps and wait a couple
of minutes longer, if possible an extra 5 minutes, in order to get an accurate
reading. This is due to the fact that the underarm is easily affected by air
temperature.
